We spent most of the days kayaking at Galveston State Park and exploring the beach, but evenings making dinner, sitting out, enjoying a cocktail or 4 made the trip memorable. You can't get any closer to the shore than this location. And having stayed in many homes on the island over the last decade, I can attest that this is one of the best. Stevie is responsive, generous and has taken care to add a few details that make the stay just a little more enjoyable and special. It's also the most cared for and clean properties I've stayed in.

We were celebrating our anniversary and we were greeted with a lovely card and Champagne from the owner. We’ve visited Bermuda Beach several times so we knew the area was safe and quiet and close enough to activities. The cottage was completely redone and updated beautifully. Everything was spotless. Lovely white and grays and blues. New appliances were so nice. Kitchen was fully stocked including basic and not so basic spices. The front porch was amazing overlooking the beach.

Everything about this property was perfect for our family stay. It was well stocked and they really thought of every detail! The decor was beach and inviting. The kitchen and bathroom were stocked with everything you could need!! We even asked to extend our stay once we got there. We can’t wait to book our next vacation there.

This place is absolutely beautiful!!! The location, the amenities and the little goodies Stevie had for us when we checked in makes for the perfect paradise getaway. It rained while we were there but there are games, tv and internet to keep everyone entertained. Stevie even checked on us to make sure we had all we needed. Truly hospitable!! Love this place and we will return one day soon!!

We rented this amazing property to celebrate my daughters 8th birthday. It was just 5 of us and it was great! This rental has everything you need, its exceptionally clean and the owner took great care of us! She even got some birthday balloons for my daughter which was very thoughtful! I definitely recommend this rental and will be returning again soon!

This house is absolutely wonderful!! Great location, very clean, and Stevie’s attention to detail is just outstanding! She is very welcoming and communicative from the little notes and extras provided around the house, to the texts with recommendations and information before, during, and after your stay! Our family of 6 was very comfortable in this perfectly decorated beachfront cottage! We will absolutely be back again and highly recommend a stay in this delightful home!

The cottage is in a perfect location. When you sit on the patio you are practically on the beach with all the sights and sounds of the water. I alternated between the patio and the hammock. The cottage was clean and cozy. We felt right at home. Will definitely book this gem again!

Pure bliss! This lovely home and property is incredible and literally steps from a quiet beach. If your on the fence about booking this property DO IT, you won’t be disappointed. Everything you want/need is included in this property. Our dogs LOVED playing and relaxing on the wrap around gated porch almost as much as we did! The owner is fantastic to work with and her response time is unrivaled. She thought of everything so guests don’t have to worry about a thing but enjoying quality time with family and friends.

We had a wonderful time at the adorable Salt Air cottage! It was so clean and decorated so cute! Stevie went over and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable! She provided us with everything we would possibly need and more. She even had books, games and beach toys for the kids!! The house is in the best location. I could sit on the porch and watch my kids at the beach right in front of the house! You can not be in a better location! The beach is quite and not crowded. The view of the ocean from the house and porch was spectacular! We would recommend this house to anyone and will definitely stay here again soon! She was by far the nicest and best host we have ever had!

Stevie really thought of everything with this property! My family of 4 couldn’t have loved it more. You can’t beat the location & view. It’s so convenient to be able to easily walk back & forth to the beach. Our kids (12 & 15) loved being able to walk down to the beach on their own since we could easily see them from the front porch. She has boogie boards, a skim board, beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels- it was so nice to not have to pack all of that! Our dogs loved the gated wrap around porch. And the inside of the house is just gorgeous. It’s updated with beautiful decor. We wished we could stay longer!!
